Your hospital in your pocket, and your health record in your hand

The MediCore patient app is the other half of the platform. Book with any hospital that runs MediCore, join a video consult, order medicines, pay bills — and keep every prescription, lab report and scan from every one of those hospitals in a single list you actually own.

Every hospital, one record

One phone number signs you in everywhere. Prescriptions, lab results, scans, admissions and bills from every MediCore hospital you have consented to are merged into one timeline, each row tagged with the hospital it came from.

Book, reschedule, cancel

Live doctor-wise slots with a short hold while you pay, so two people can never be given the same appointment. Reschedule or cancel from the app without ringing the front desk.

Join the video consult

A teleconsultation link that opens straight into the call from the appointment, with no meeting IDs to copy and no separate app to install.

Lab results that draw a line

MediCore reads the numeric values out of every lab report you have and groups them by analyte over time. Two readings are enough to plot a trend, with anything outside the reference range flagged.

Order from the hospital pharmacy

Search the real stock at the hospital counter, pick delivery or pickup against a saved address, and pay in the app. The pharmacy sees the order on the same system that issued your prescription.

Book tests and home collection

Browse the diagnostics catalogue, choose a slot, and track the booking through to the report landing back in your records.

Bills, itemised and payable

Open the actual invoice, see what each line was for, and pay it from the app. Paid bills stay in your history as documents, not as a message you deleted.

A private document vault

1 GB free per phone number for everything issued on paper — old films, outside reports, insurance letters. Deleted files sit in a recycle bin for 30 days before they are really gone.

The whole family on one login

Add children, parents and dependants as profiles under your number, each with their own records, insurance details and KYC documents.

Five afternoons this changes

What a health record is worth on the day you need it

Nobody wants a health record. People want the thing a health record makes possible — usually at short notice, usually when producing it is hardest.

The second opinion

A new specialist asks for the blood work you had six weeks ago at another hospital.

Without the app

The reports are in a plastic bag at home, or somewhere in a WhatsApp thread nobody can find. So the test is ordered again — another sample, another fee, another three days before anyone can decide anything.

With MediCore

Every hospital you consented to has already put its reports in one list on your phone, labelled with who issued them. The PDF opens in two taps while you are still sitting in the room.

Two in the morning

A parent is admitted through casualty and cannot remember what they take.

Without the app

Someone drives home for the discharge summary and the strip of tablets, and until they are back the on-call doctor is prescribing around a gap.

With MediCore

Every prescription from every hospital is on the phone already, and the vault holds anything that was only ever given on paper. Handing over a phone replaces the round trip.

A condition you live with

Is the HbA1c actually coming down, or does it only feel that way?

Without the app

Nine reports, three hospitals and two labs — numbers you can only compare by laying paper side by side on a table and squinting.

With MediCore

The app pulls every numeric result out of every report you have ever had and charts it against its reference range. The trend is the answer, and you can show it to your doctor instead of describing it.

Consent you can take back

A hospital you visited once still holds a record with your name on it.

Without the app

You have no idea who can see what, no list of who holds your data, and no realistic way to change either.

With MediCore

Until you grant consent, the app tells you only that a record exists at that hospital — no name, no hospital number, no reports. You grant it with an OTP, and you can withdraw it, after which that data goes dark in your app again. This is the DPDP Act 2023 S.6 written as code, not as a policy page.

Leaving on your own terms

You want a copy of everything, or you want it gone.

Without the app

A written request at a counter, an indefinite wait, and no promise the answer arrives in a form any other system can read.

With MediCore

Export downloads every row MediCore holds against your number — profiles, vault documents, consents and their full history, devices, notifications and your cross-hospital records — as one machine-readable file. Delete does the opposite, and asks for an OTP first, because that one cannot be undone.

A fitness tracker that belongs to you, not to a hospital

Your body is not a tenant record. The fitness side of the app is keyed to your phone number and lives outside any hospital data, so it follows you even if you never visit the same place twice — and an upgrade covers everyone on the number, not one profile.

A plan built from your answers

Height, weight, activity, goal, diet preference, allergies, the equipment you actually have, and any conditions you choose to declare. Nothing else is needed and nothing else is used.

Meals and workouts, logged fast

Photograph a meal or pick it from the food database, log a session, and watch the day close out against its targets. Add your own foods when the database has never heard of a family recipe.

Measurements that accumulate

Weight, body fat and body measurements recorded over time, so progress is a chart rather than a memory of what the scale said last month.

Wearables and phone health data

Connect a device and let steps and activity sync in, instead of typing them twice.

Cycle tracking, strictly opt-in

Switched on by you and never inferred from anything on your profile. Predictions are averages of your own past cycles — useful for planning, and explicitly not contraception.

Reports worth showing a doctor

A readable summary of the period rather than a wall of daily rows, so a consultation can start from evidence.

AI inside the fitness screens

What the AI does — and what it is not allowed to do

Most apps put a language model between you and your health advice and hope it behaves. MediCore does the opposite: the model contributes food choices, exercise selection and wording, and every number that could hurt you is decided in code, before and after the model is asked.

Your medical record never reaches the model

Only what you typed into the fitness questionnaire is sent. There is no code path from a prescription, a lab result, an encounter note or any hospital table into an AI prompt — an absence of wiring, not a promise in a policy.

The numbers are clamped in code, not asked for in a prompt

Calorie floors of 1,200 for women and 1,500 for men, a deficit capped at a quarter of maintenance, a surplus at 15%, and weight change held to 1 kg a week down or half a kilo up. The model may suggest whatever it likes; these hold regardless.

The guarantee survives an outage

MediCore fails over between three AI providers. A calorie floor written into a prompt is a polite request that a substitute model may not honour. Written as a clamp it is arithmetic, and arithmetic does not have a bad day.

Calibrated for Indian bodies

Asia-Pacific and ICMR-NIN thresholds, so overweight begins at a BMI of 23 rather than 25. South Asians accumulate visceral fat and insulin resistance at lower BMIs, and the European cutoffs would tell a genuinely at-risk person at BMI 24 that they are perfectly normal.

It refuses, and then books you a doctor

Declare a kidney, heart, liver or diabetic condition and the app will not generate a plan around it. Refusing is not the app giving up — it becomes an appointment with a hospital already on the platform, which is the right answer to a question software should not be answering.

It still works when every provider is down

Your assessment — BMI and category, metabolic rate, and the targets that follow — is computed on our own servers, instantly. The AI writes the plan; it is not what tells you where you stand.

MediCore fitness tools support general wellbeing. They are not a medical device, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are never a substitute for your own doctor.

The small print, said plainly

How you get in, and how you get out

Android and any browser

Install the app or sign in on the web. A sign-in on a computer is approved from your phone, and you can see every active session and revoke any of them.

No password to forget

Your phone number and a one-time code. Nothing to reuse, nothing to leak, nothing to reset at a counter.

Free for patients

Records, bookings, bills, reports and 1 GB of vault storage cost the patient nothing. Hospitals pay for MediCore; you do not pay to read your own chart.

Rights that are buttons

Access, portability and erasure under the DPDP Act 2023 are screens in the app, not a form you post to an address.

See MediCore on your own data

We'll set up a sandbox hospital for your team and walk you through it — no commitment.
