MediCore Doctor is where a doctor proves who they are — one phone number, one set of credentials, checked once by our team. After that, every MediCore hospital that has you on its roster appears in your app, and no front desk asks you for your registration certificate again.

The app asks for exactly what MediCore's verification team needs, and the reviewer works from the same published list. Nobody is told they are finished and then left sitting in a review queue with something missing.
Certificates, straight from the camera
Council registration certificate, degree certificate and a government photo ID, photographed where you are. A certificate shot in two halves counts as one requirement met, not half of one.
You can always see where you stand
Pending, submitted, verified or rejected — and when something comes back, the reviewer's reason in plain words. Correct what was flagged and the profile returns to the review queue on its own.
The hospitals that already claim you
Once verified, the app lists every MediCore hospital linked to your number — whether they added you to their staff or linked you through the doctor registry. The list is worked out when you open the screen, so it is never a stale copy.
Credentials that are yours, not a hospital's
The account is keyed to your phone number and sits outside any one hospital's records. Leaving a hospital does not take your verification with it.

How a doctor gets verified
This journey is the whole of what the app does today. None of it needs a hospital's permission, and none of it happens a second time.
Sign in with your phone number
One code, and the account exists. It starts unverified with nothing filled in and nothing claimed on your behalf.
Fill in what is asked for
Name, qualification, specialty, registration number and council, plus your certificates. The app counts down what is still missing as you go.
Send it for verification
Submit unlocks only when every required item is in. MediCore's team reviews what you uploaded against the council registration you claimed.
Verified — and the hospitals appear
Your profile becomes the one hospitals and patients see, and the app starts listing every MediCore hospital linked to your number.

For hospitals and groups
Stop re-verifying the same doctor at every branch
A doctor you have on staff appears in MediCore Doctor as soon as their phone number matches — nothing to invite, no code to share. The credential check itself stays with the platform, so a certificate is reviewed once and every facility that engages that doctor inherits the result.
Credentials checked centrally
Registration number and council certificate are reviewed by MediCore against what the doctor uploaded. Your front desk never collects paper that it then has to store and re-check at the next branch.
Two ways a doctor is linked, both automatic
They appear because your hospital has them on staff under that number, or because they are linked in the doctor registry. Neither is a stored copy, so removing them at your end removes the link at theirs.
Your reviewer sees the doctor's own screen
The back office renders the same hospital list and the same outstanding-items count the doctor is looking at. Two copies of that question would eventually give two answers; there is one.
Withdrawing access is immediate
A doctor's standing is re-read on every request rather than trusted from their sign-in, so suspending an account takes effect on the doctor's very next tap — not whenever their session happens to lapse.

Where the app stops
Free for doctors
Verification, the profile and the hospital list cost the doctor nothing. Hospitals pay for MediCore; you do not pay to prove your own registration.
No password to forget
Your phone number and a one-time code, and a session that expires by itself rather than sitting open on a borrowed phone.
Separate from patient and staff logins
A MediCore Doctor account is signed with its own key, so a doctor's sign-in is not a structurally valid staff or patient sign-in. The app cannot reach a hospital's patient records even by accident.
Nothing is shown before you are verified
The hospital list refuses to answer at all while a profile is still pending, so an unverified account cannot use the app to find out who runs MediCore.
